Registration for the FIA2020 will be open from December 2019 and can be done online or directly during the event. To register online you must register on the event website, which can be done by clicking here.

 

 
 

Instruction for payment of registration fee

The Registration Fee must be paid as follows:

Once you have completed your registration form, go to your restricted area and choose the best form of payment.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Partners: members of the societies that attend FIA  (more information at http://www.fia.ufsc.br/)
  • Groups: Groups of 10 or more students will have a special value of R$ 200.00 per registration. For more information, contact secretaria@fia2020.com.br
  • Registration Schedule: We ask for special attention to the deadlines of the registration tables. The presented  deadlines refer to the completion of the entire application process, which includes: completing the registration, eventual validation of supporting documents and payment.
  • Badge and certificate: When filling in your registration through the site, do so carefully, because the participant is responsible for the data provided and it is from this data that the material (badge and certificate) will be printed. Thus errors in the material are the responsibility of the attendants.
  • Proof of student category: For registrations in “student” category, the presentation of supporting documents is mandatory (certificate of enrollment or statement of the educational institution). The document must be sent to the e-mail secretaria@fia2020.com.br along with proof of payment. After validation of the category by the Organizing Committee, the application process will be finalized. Please pay special attention to deadlines and entry fee tables, as voucher validation requires at least one business day.
  • Refund Policy: In case of cancellation *, the participant should send correspondence to the e-mail secretaria@fia2020.com.br

* For requests sent up to seven (7) days after the payment of the registration, according to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you are entitled to a full refund, in an amount exactly the same as that received by Congress.
* For requests sent after 02/04/2021 and after seven (7) days after payment of the registration, 50% of the amount paid for registration in the congress will be refunded.
* From 03/04/2021 and after 07 (seven) days after payment of the registration, there will be no refund of amounts paid.

Notice: FIA 2020 follows a one-paper, one-registration policy. This means that an author can submit multiple papers, but at least one payed registration fee must be linked to each paper. Authors of more than one paper must ensure that at least one of his co-authors of each of his additional papers   also register to the congress, or else must pay the Additional Paper Fee of R$ 150,00 (for each additional paper), in order to have the paper included in the congress program. Payment must be made through your restricted area.
